| Robert St. Gordon - Controller As the Controller for the Association, Bob directs the financial activities of the Association by summarizing and interpreting financial data for the use of Leadership, creditors, and taxing authorities. Bob directs the budget, cost controls, and accounting practices and monitors and analyzes the Association's monthly operating results against budget. Bob ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements. He also prepares and arranges for yearly audit of Association accounts. Bob is the Association's Professional Standards Officer and coordinates and attends all Association arbitration and Grievance hearings. Bob also prepares and disseminates statistics to our members and consumers of Osceola County. This information can be found on the website under "Statistics". |

| Carol Harstad - Communications Coordinator
As the Communications Coordinator, Carol's primary responsibilities include disseminating information to OSCAR members and staff, as well as marketing OSCAR to the community. Carol is also responsible for publishing the monthly magazine the Osceola ReVIEW, the weekly OSCAR Newsletter and is the web administrator for the OSCAR and associated websites. Carol develops and places ads for the Association throughout the Central Florida community and
issues press releases and information to news agencies that impact the real estate community. |

Anneris Rivera - Member Services Representative As the Association's Member Services Representative, Anneris is responsible for signing up new members, welcoming customers at the Association and handling telephone inquiries and processing transfers and deletions. |
