Once you’ve booked your appointment, a Membership Specialist will reach out to confirm the details and let you know what paperwork you’ll need to bring. There are two types of REALTOR® memberships at Osceola REALTORS®, Primary and Secondary membership. To obtain secondary membership, you must have an active primary membership with another Association. 

Once the membership department has reviewed your application*, they will contact you with the appropriate amount of dues and fees needed to process your application.

*Please note: Applications are processed in 1-2 business days

After your application is processed, REALTOR® members need to complete two New Member requirements. Two classes need to be completed within 90 days: Member Benefits Academy (MBA)  and Code of Ethics. Please see our New Members page for more information.
