Effective Risk Reduction

In the real estate profession, risk exists on several fronts. In fact, we don't even have to have a transaction in order to create risk. This course will speak to and help you avoid the most common risks associated with the practice of Real Estate sales and management. In this interactive program, we'll look and case studies that address the very issues REALTORS® face on a daily basis. We'll also present several recommendations, not to be construed as the final word on risk management, but as suggestions based on the first-hand experience of your course author.
