ZOOM 5/07/26 - Be The Change: Fair Housing and You 2CE - Learning Level: Beginner

This course Fulfills 2 hours of Fair Housing.  

All active members must take Fair Housing class once every 3 years. The applicable dates are the same for all Realtors irrespective of when they join. The current cycle began January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. All active Realtor members must take a Fair Housing class sometime between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027. Failure to meet the mandate is a violation of membership requirements and will result in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. This class meets the NAR mandated requirement for completion of Fair Housing.

5/11/26 You Gotta Go! Tenant Eviction 3CE CLASSROOM

We thought after the application process, the background checking, and the move in process we had a great tenant. Not all tenants work out to be wonderful. Some know the process and others have circumstances that happen during the tenancy that cause issues. The property managers best and final course of action is through the act of eviction. Although this is ultimately the owners decision, property managers need to understand the process and what part of it they can be involved in. Take this class and explore some of the reasons that may cause an eviction and learn what the legal eviction process is.

 Keep Our Florida Waters Beautiful!  Throughout the year, thousands of Realtors(R) will team up to clean Florida Lakes, beaches and other waterways. 
 
The Realtors(R) Care Committee invites all OSCAR members and friends to join us for our Annual Waterways Clean-Up and Lunch on May 12, 2026.  Ages 16+ welcome.
 
We will be cleaning locations in Kissimmee and St. Cloud
 
May 12, 2026
8:15 a.m.-9:00 a.m. - check-in 
9:00 a.m. Depart for clean-up location.
12:00 p.m.  - Lunch at the Association
