CIPS Day 4 - 6/30/2026 Europe and International 7CE Classroom

Day 4- The Europe and International Real Estate is a one-day course that counts as one of three elective courses required to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. It introduces real estate professionals to the basic skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate international transactions with European clients and is designed to benefit both experienced real estate professionals as well as those just getting started. Course Outline: Discuss the social, economic, political, and geographical characteristics of major European countries. Discuss the history, purpose, and economic impact of the European Union. Identify important characteristics of certain European real estate markets including influential laws, business culture attributes and real estate/brokerage practices. Assess opportunities in certain European markets by evaluating significant investment patterns, investor profiles and real estate activity. Identify ways to develop a business network and start or enhance an international practice with European clients or properties. Day 5 - The Americas and International Real Estate CIPS course is a one-day course that counts as one of three elective courses required to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This course offers students practical information on working with regions of the Americas and provides historical and cultural influences, regional relationships, and investment opportunities from that region. It is designed to benefit both experienced real estate professionals as well as those just getting started.

ZOOM 7/8/2026 Code of Ethics (SPANISH) 3CE - Learning Level: Beginner

July 8, 2026 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

This Course Fulfills 3 hrs of Ethics.

All active members must take a code of ethics class once every three years. The applicable dates are the same for all Realtors irrespective of when they join. The current cycle began January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. All active Realtor members must take a code of ethics class sometime between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027. Failure to meet the mandate is a violation of membership requirements and will result in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. This class meets the NAR mandated requirement for completion of Code of Ethics.

Buying and selling property requires a lot of legal paperwork. Today, more than ever, it is important to know the laws governing the practice of real estate. This material will provide a red flag notice of when participants are potentially going into a danger zone - the unlicensed practice of law.

ZOOM 7/9/2026 Florida Realtors Florida Bar Contract for Sale and Purchase - Learning Level: Beginner

July 9, 2026 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

This course will familiarize students with the most widely used contract form in Florida. This contract is a joint effort by the Florida Realtors and the Florida Bar. It's used in all 67 counties by small and large Brokerages. Students will also discuss the Riders that can be used in circumstances where the standard contract by itself won't accomplish the objectives of the parties.


Objectives: 
  • Identify and accurately complete the appropriate addenda to use in any situation
  • List the timelines and parties for notification regarding mortgages commitments 
  • Explain the rights of a seller regarding repairs in an AS - IS contract
  • Define the difference between mediation and arbitration
