10/22/26 & 10/23/26 GRI 302: Thinking Outside the Box!

GRI is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. The designation is earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program of 105 coursework hours. The program is broken down into a total of 7 individual modules. Each module contains 15 hours of course material and requires you to take and pass a test at the end. It is not necessary for you to take the modules in sequence. You have five years to complete the program from commencement. The 105 hours is made up of 45 hours of curriculum in the GRI 100 Series (GRI 101, 102 and 103), 30hours of curriculum in the GRI 300 Series (GRI 301/302)

Realtors® who decide to begin interviewing for a Personal Assistant need to understand how that person can and cannot help them according to the law, and this course will help them recognize the policies and procedures surrounding hiring and employing an assistant.
 
Objectives:
  • List the duties a non-licensed personal assistant and a licensed personal assistant may perform
  • Learn how to interview candidates and determine the right person to hire
  • Learn how to assemble a policy manual and checklist that will aid in the training of a personal assistant
