Grab a calculator and get ready to master the particulars of loan qualification! Students will be able to determine the financial stability of their potential borrower. Case studies will also be provided to allow students to learn using real -life scenarios.
Objectives:
- Have a working knowledge of how to determine a borrower's capacity to carry mortgage debt.
- Using all three types of agency loans: FHA, VA and FNMA/FHLMC
This workshop is meant to involve the student in the collection, recording and usage of borrower data in order to determine the customer's capacity to borrow mortgage money for the purchase of their home.
