This Course will acquaint the Realtor®, new or experienced, with pictorial overview. Students will be shown the different loan options, including Fixed Rate Loans, Adjustable Loans, Balloon Loans and how a 2-1 "Buy-down" loan performs.
Objectives:
- Identify the different types of loans
- Understand how loans perform over term
- Lean to calculate the initial & subsequent rate changes of ARMS
- Solicit and justify a "Smart Offer" from the buyer.
- Explain the benefits of a "Smart Offer" to the seller.
