The Leadership Puzzle, presented by Adorna Carroll is a proven leadership program delivered to local, state and provincial associations across North America for over 20 years. This course strengthens volunteer leadership by clarifying legal and Board responsibilities, improving partnerships with staff, reducing micromanagement, and enhancing effective meeting management. 

Please note: this course is a prerequisite to serve on the Osceola REALTORS Board of Directors.
