Todays technology is impeding the finesse of communicating effectively with all types of individuals. This course will provide a guide on how to influence prospects and win in every crucial conversation. The hard skills on how to write a contact, conduct listing presentations and marketing are the easy skills to master. It is the soft skills or people skills that can trip you up if you are not careful. We will discuss our process from contract through closing and ensure all timelines are review in the contract. Then we will discuss our fiscal and legal responsibilities and how that can affect the way we do business.
