The subject matter will assist Realtors® in figuring out how to and why these scores are tallied, what FMLS's reasons for adopting them as home ownership criteria are, and how to analyze and decipher your own magic number. Most of all Realtors® participating in the track will be provided with the essential information in the 2004 Fair Credit Reporting Act to know how they can elect to " opt out" of irksome, unsolicited credit offers.
