Nearly every aspect of a Realtor's day involves communication. Conversations with buyers, sellers, brokers, and other agents are at the core of Realtors' interactions. This course provides students with the ability to not only learn, but to practice techniques that are research-based and field tested.
Objectives:
- Develop the most professional and effective business style possible by fine-tuning how they communicate
- Participate in realistic scenarios to learn communication techniques in a hands-on, "learn-by-doing" environment
