7/31/26 Comprehensive Riders: An "App" for Almost Any Situation 3CE - Learning Level: Beginner

Situations arise that just do not fit within the four corners of the stand-alone contract. In some situations, a Comprehensive Rider (aka addenda) might be used. Take this course and learn about riders for 27 unique situations.

8/5/2026 Code of Ethics 3CE - Learning Level: Beginner

This Course Fulfills 3 hrs of Ethics.

All active members must take a code of ethics class once every three years. The applicable dates are the same for all Realtors irrespective of when they join. The current cycle began January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. All active Realtor members must take a code of ethics class sometime between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027. Failure to meet the mandate is a violation of membership requirements and will result in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. This class meets the NAR mandated requirement for completion of Code of Ethics.
