November 11, 2025 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

The appraisal process can get confusing, and you may have several questions. Some of these questions may include wondering whether you can talk to the appraiser, or meet them at the property for the inspection, more commonly referred to as the observation. November 12, 2025 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Listing Contracts are an important part of the real estate business. Although it's not required to be in writing that you will perform some of these services, to assure the broker will be paid for these services means you need a written agreement for your compensation. We will discuss the various types of listing contracts, the difference between them, and some other options to guarantee compensation while working to effectuate the sale of a property.

This course is part of OSCAR's Certified Real Estate Professional (CRP) program.
