Grab a calculator and get ready to master the particulars of loan qualification! Students will be able to determine the financial stability of their potential borrower. Case studies will also be provided to allow students to learn using real -life scenarios. 


Objectives: 
  • Have a working knowledge of how to determine a borrower's capacity to carry mortgage debt. 
  • Using all three types of agency loans: FHA, VA and FNMA/FHLMC
This workshop is meant to involve the student in the collection, recording and usage of borrower data in order to determine the customer's capacity to borrow mortgage money for the purchase of their home.

This Course Fulfills 3 hrs of Ethics.

All active members must take a code of ethics class once every three years. The applicable dates are the same for all Realtors irrespective of when they join. The current cycle began January 1, 2025 and ends December 31, 2027. All active Realtor members must take a code of ethics class sometime between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2027. Failure to meet the mandate is a violation of membership requirements and will result in suspension of membership until the requirement is met or until membership is automatically terminated. This class meets the NAR mandated requirement for completion of Code of Ethics.
