10/22/26 & 10/23/26 GRI 302: Thinking Outside the Box!
GRI is a nationally recognized professional real estate designation. The designation is earned after successfully completing a rigorous educational program of 105 coursework hours. The program is broken down into a total of 7 individual modules. Each module contains 15 hours of course material and requires you to take and pass a test at the end. It is not necessary for you to take the modules in sequence. You have five years to complete the program from commencement. The 105 hours is made up of 45 hours of curriculum in the GRI 100 Series (GRI 101, 102 and 103), 30hours of curriculum in the GRI 300 Series (GRI 301/302)
