How do I join the Osceola County Association of REALTORS® (OSCAR)?

What are the membership requirements?
All new members are required to complete a Code of Ethics Course and attend a New Member Welcome Orientation within 90 days of application. MLS subscribers are required to complete MLS BASIC, MLS COMPLIANCE 101 (required biennially), and MLS ADDING & EDITING (mandatory for members adding listings) for Stellar MLS membership within 60 days of your application.
What are the benefits of having a membership with the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®?
As a member of the Osceola County Association of REALTORS® you have access to a wide array of benefits, business tools, real estate market data, educational opportunities, and discount programs designed to help you succeed in today’s market. Membership in our Association automatically extends your membership to Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. How do I obtain my login ID and password?
Your login ID is your NRDS number. If you are logging in to the Member Portal for the first time, your password is “password1.” No parentheses or period. After the initial log-in, you may choose your own password.
How do I renew my membership? How do I know when to renew?
You will receive a membership dues renewal notice via e-mail on or about November 1, as long as you have a valid e-mail address in the OSCAR database. The notice will provide payment options and details.
What is the member portal?
The OSCAR member portal allows members to access their account for payments, register for classes and events, check their Code of Ethics status, view past invoices, and more!
What is a Vital Industry Partner (VIP)?
The Vital Industry Partner (VIP) is a program for companies and organizations who want to do business with Realtor® members. Members of this program sponsor classes, events, and activities to offset the cost for our Realtor® members. In return, they have the opportunity to meet, network, and promote their business to our membership. How do I join a committee?

How do I register for a class?
Members can register for a class by viewing our Upcoming Classes or browsing our Calendar. Members must have a credit card on file with the Association to register for a class.
How do I cancel a class?

What is the CRP Designation?
The Certified Real Estate Professional (CRP) Designation is the Osceola County Association of REALTORS® premier professional development program. This designation is exclusive to OSCAR members and has been designed to focus on the essential skills necessary to work in the real estate field. STELLAR MLS
What is Stellar MLS?
Stellar MLS is one of the largest MLSs in the United States, with 59,000 members and more than 300,000 listings in its system. Stellar MLS subscribers represent just under a third of all licensed real estate salespeople in Florida and produce more than 55 percent of all the transaction volume in our state. The Osceola County Association of Realtors® is one of 15 shareholders which means as a member of our Association, you are part-owner of the MLS.
What areas are covered by OSCAR with Stellar MLS?
What are the Stellar MLS course requirements?
MLS subscribers are required to complete MLS BASIC, MLS COMPLIANCE 101 (required biennially), and MLS ADDING & EDITING (mandatory for members adding listings) for Stellar MLS membership. Stellar MLS courses must be taken within 60 days of your application. After 60 days, your Stellar MLS access will be suspended until completion of these trainings. You can register for the Stellar MLS courses online in the Stellar University portal.
When will I obtain access to Stellar MLS?
Once our Membership Department has received your completed application, you will receive access to Stellar MLS within 2-3 business days.
Can I obtain CE credits with Stellar MLS Classes?
No, Stellar MLS classes are not required for your real estate license.
Are Compliance courses and Code of Ethics the same?
No, Compliance 101 or Compliance Refresh are mandatory classes for MLS only every two years. A Code of Ethics class is a requirement of NAR which all REALTOR® members are required to complete every three years.
How do I update my contact information on the MLS?
Members can contact our membership department by phone at 407.846.0117 or email at membership@osceola-realtors.com or members can update their information in the members portal. Once the changes have been made, any updates will take 24 hours to be reflected on Stellar MLS.
Can I access Stellar MLS from my mobile devices?
Yes, active OSCAR members can download the Stellar MLS App called MLS-Touch.
SUPRA/LOCKBOX ACCESS
How do I obtain a Supra eKey?
Members can contact our Membership Department by phone at 407.846.0117 or email at membership@osceola-realtors.com for assistance with SUPRA services.
What is a Supra eKey and how much does it cost?
The Supra eKEY is an app that can turn most smartphones into a lockbox key. The eKey service has a one-time activation fee of $50.00 and the monthly payments are $17.27.
How do I cancel Supra?
To cancel your Supra service, please contact our Membership Department by phone at 407.846.0117 or email at membership@osceola-realtors.com.
What counties are covered by Supra?
Members will receive access to Osceola, Orange, and East Polk County. If you would like to request access to another county, please complete and submit the Request Supra Access Form to membership@osceola-realtors.com.
What happens to my Supra Key if I change phones?
If you have changed phones, please contact our Membership Department by phone at 407.846.0117 or email at membership@osceola-realtors.com to request a new authorization code.
What is a Supra lockbox and how do I purchase one?
A Supra lockbox is a secure large container that can hold both gate cards and keys. The shackle is completely removable from the lockbox for easy handling when securing a property. Supra lockboxes are available for purchase at the Association's office located at 1105 Cross Prairie Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34744.
How much does a Supra lockbox cost?
Transferable Supra lockboxes are available for purchase for $150.00 plus tax. Transferrable boxes can be used with any association. Non- transferable Supra lockboxes are available for purchase for $118.00 plus tax. Non-transferable lockboxes cannot be transferred and are owned by the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®.
