RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR 2027

Thank you for being a member of the Osceola Realtors®. Annual billing for the next calendar year will open on August 24, 2026. Invoices will be posted in your Member Portal and are due by December 31^st. After January 9, a $100 reinstatement fee is added to your account, and your membership may be suspended from Realtor® membership services. Renewals are non-refundable.

Ways You Can Pay

Member Portal
Write a check made payable to OSCAR and mail it to us or bring it to our office at 1105 Cross Prairie Parkway, Kissimmee 34744.
Call us at (407) 846-0117 to pay with a debit or credit card.
Visit our office and renew in person.

*Please include your name and NRDS ID# on all checks. Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Tips for Paying:

If a broker wishes to pay for their agents, it must be done on an individual basis.
We highly recommend paying your dues online. Our phones will be busy during the renewal period. We appreciate your patience.
Before you process your payment, verify that it is your record!
