RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP FOR 2025
Thank you for being a member of the Osceola County Association of Realtors®. Annual billing for the next calendar is OPEN. Invoices are currently posted in your Member Portal and are due by December 31st. After January 1, a $100 reinstatement fee is added to your account and your membership may be suspended of Realtor® membership services. Renewals are non-refundable.
Ways You Can Pay
- Member Portal
- Write a check made payable to OSCAR and mail it to us or bring it to our office at 1105 Cross Prairie Parkway, Kissimmee 34744.
- Call us at (407) 846-0117 to pay with a debit or credit card.
- Visit our office and renew in person.
*Please include your name and NRDS ID# on all checks. Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Tips for Paying:
- If a broker wishes to pay for their agents, they must be done on an individual basis.
- We highly recommend paying your dues online. Our phones will be busy during the renewal period. We appreciate your patience.
- Before you process your payment, verify that it is your record!
