SUPRA Access for Members

 Important Supra Update:

The Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association (ORRA) recently announced they are discontinuing Supra and switching to Sentrilock. Supra eKEYs owned by ORRA members will not work after August 29, 2024.  How will this affect your business? We’ve broken this down into two categories to help our members continue to provide seamless lockbox service to their clients.

 

Frequently Asked Questions About Supra:

Is Osceola REALTORS® Changing lockbox Companies?

No, at this time Osceola REALTORS® members will continue to use Supra, the preferred lockbox system utilized by 47 of the 50 local Florida associations—that is 93% of the state market.

Can non-members access my Supra lockbox?

Yes. There are several options for non-members:

  • Temporary Access: Non-members may request a one-time code from the listing broker/agent. Step-by-step instructions will be provided when this feature becomes available in early August.

Monthly eKEY Subscription: If the non-member currently has a Supra eKEY monthly subscription they may inactivate that account and sign up with Osceola REALTORS®.  For a limited time, we are waiving the $50 activation fee and offering the same monthly rate members pay-$17.41

Is there a fee for non-members to obtain the temporary code from a listing broker/agent to access my Supra lockbox?

No, there is no fee. This code is temporary and can only be used for a limited period of time. Agents who you do regular business with are encouraged to have the Supra monthly eKEY subscription, although it is not required—just makes doing business with you easier.

Who is responsible if the temporary code is used improperly?

The broker/agent issuing a temporary access code for the Supra lockbox assumes full liability for any unauthorized access, misuse, or damages resulting from the use of the code. Use of the temporary access code is at the issuer's risk and responsibility.

What areas in Florida use Sentrilock?

Three of the 50 local associations in Florida use Sentrilock: Flagler County, Indian River County and now Orlando.

Since I have Supra, how can I access a Sentrilock lockbox?

Sentrilock offers temporary access through their free Sentrilock Connect application which can be downloaded on an Apple or Android phone to request the limited-time access code. It will be sent to you by the listing agent.

Do I need to pay for a monthly Sentrilock subscription?

No, the free SentriConnect app allows you to access Sentrilock lockboxes by requesting a temporary code from the listing agent.

Do Sentrilock's lockboxes work like Supra lockboxes?

All companies promote unique and enhanced features for their products and while there are differences between companies, all lockboxes are a secure container used to store keys to a property allowing authorized users access.

The Supra eKEY is an app that can turn most smartphones into a lockbox key. *Windows not compatible

  1. Complete the eKEY Application.
  2. Submit by faxing your completed application to 407.846.0217 or by emailing membership@osceola-realtors.com.

Supra’s One Time Single Access

Supra now offers you an effortless way to invite non-members directly within your Supra eKEY app. Single Access offers:

  • Secure, limited access for non-members who do not have the Supra eKey.
  • Non-transferrable access credential delivered to non-member’s smartphone.
  • Easy to view, modify and manage granted access within the Supra eKEY app.
  • Non-Members you have granted access to have ‘one-button’ (i.e., Obtain Key) within the Supra eKEY app that provides easy access to obtain keys from Supra lockboxes.

Please note, that you and your brokerage firm are liable for any misuse.

Lockboxes

A Supra lockbox is a secure large container that can hold both gate cards and keys. The shackle is completely removable from the lockbox for easy handling when placing on a property.

  • To lease a lockbox, please visit the OSCAR office located at 1105 Cross Prairie Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34744. Our office hours are Monday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Tuesday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

  • To transfer a lockbox to another member, you must complete the Request to Transfer Lockbox Ownership form and send it to membership@osceola-realtors.com.

Stay safe with the Supra eKey Agent Alert

Agent Alert is a convenient feature built into Supra’s keys, providing peace of mind for agents anywhere they carry their Supra wireless key. With the press of a button, agents have a simple and discreet method to send an alert message to priority contacts.

Forget your Supra eKEY PIN? No problem! Now you can easily reset your PIN on your own, with the new “Forgot PIN” feature in the eKEY app. Follow these steps to get started:

•    Install the latest version of the eKEY app from your app store.
•    Enable phone lock authentication (Biometric/Face ID/PIN/Password) on your device.
•    Ensure you have an email or mobile number registered with the Supra system. Keyholders outside of the U.S. or Canada may only use their email to reset their PIN.
