Is Osceola REALTORS® Changing lockbox Companies?
No, at this time Osceola REALTORS® members will continue to use Supra, the preferred lockbox system utilized by 47 of the 50 local Florida associations—that is 93% of the state market.
Can non-members access my Supra lockbox?
Yes. There are several options for non-members:
- Temporary Access: Non-members may request a one-time code from the listing broker/agent. Step-by-step instructions will be provided when this feature becomes available in early August.
Monthly eKEY Subscription: If the non-member currently has a Supra eKEY monthly subscription they may inactivate that account and sign up with Osceola REALTORS®. For a limited time, we are waiving the $50 activation fee and offering the same monthly rate members pay-$17.41
Is there a fee for non-members to obtain the temporary code from a listing broker/agent to access my Supra lockbox?
No, there is no fee. This code is temporary and can only be used for a limited period of time. Agents who you do regular business with are encouraged to have the Supra monthly eKEY subscription, although it is not required—just makes doing business with you easier.
Who is responsible if the temporary code is used improperly?
The broker/agent issuing a temporary access code for the Supra lockbox assumes full liability for any unauthorized access, misuse, or damages resulting from the use of the code. Use of the temporary access code is at the issuer's risk and responsibility.
