We understand that a different lockbox vendor is entering the market, which can be a challenging time for everyone involved. To help ease this transition, we are pleased to offer non-members access to our services and support. If non-members would prefer to keep their Supra eKEY access, they can do so through Osceola REALTORS®, ensuring that their operations continue smoothly without any interruptions. We will even upgrade their eKEY service from Basic to Professional—a benefit all Osceola REALTORS® members currently receive at no additional cost. 

Also, they may be able to transfer their Supra lockboxes over to our system if they find it beneficial. Agents can call us to see if his/her lockbox qualifies. Please know that this offer is extended to assist agents during this period of change. Non-members are not required to transfer their membership to our association. Our goal is simply to ensure they have easy access to our members’ Supra lockboxes and provide support and continuity for all agents during this time.

Can you keep your Supra eKEY if you transition to a different lockbox?

Yes, Osceola REALTORS® is offering non-members the Supra Professional eKEY for a $17.41 monthly fee. For a limited time, we are waiving the $50 activation fee, too. Agents will need to contact their current association to have his/her eKEY inactivated. Then in the Supra application, tap the “About” button and select “Reset Authorization.” Once this is complete, they can call us to have a new eKEY assigned to them.

What Supra eKEY does Osceola REALTORS® offer?

All Osceola REALTOR® members have Supra’s Professional eKEY—an upgrade with new features at the Basic eKEY rate. Please call us at (407)846-0117 for pricing. For a limited time, we are offering this same benefit to non-members. In addition, we are waiving the $50 activation fee.

Is Osceola REALTORS® transitioning to a new lockbox system?

No, at this time Osceola REALTOR® members will continue to use Supra, the preferred lockbox system utilized by 47 of the 50 local Florida associations—that is 93% of the state market.

How can you access Supra lockboxes from Osceola REALTOR® members if you are on a different lockbox system?

There are several options:

  • Request a one-time code from the listing broker/agent. Step-by-step instructions will be provided when this feature becomes available in early August.
  • Transfer your current Supra eKEY to Osceola REALTORS®. Please call us at (407)846-0117 for pricing. For a limited time, we are waiving the $50 activation fee.

Can you transfer your Supra lockbox to a different system?

Yes, certain Supra lockboxes can be transferred. Osceola REALTORS® is accepting lockboxes and transitioning them over to our system IF the lockbox qualifies. Call our membership team at (407) 846-0117 to see if your lockbox qualifies. If the lockbox qualifies, agents will need to bring the lockbox to our association to have it re-programmed. We will only accept undamaged lockboxes that are in good condition.

Does Osceola REALTORS® lease Supra lockboxes?

Lockboxes

A Supra lockbox is a secure large container that can hold both gate cards and keys. The shackle is completely removable from the lockbox for easy handling when placing on a property.

  • To lease a lockbox, please visit the OSCAR office located at 1105 Cross Prairie Parkway, Kissimmee, Florida 34744. Our office hours are Monday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Tuesday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. 

  • To transfer a lockbox to another member, you must complete the Request to Transfer Lockbox Ownership form and send it to membership@osceola-realtors.com.

Stay safe with the Supra eKey Agent Alert

Agent Alert is a convenient feature built into Supra’s keys, providing peace of mind for agents anywhere they carry their Supra wireless key. With the press of a button, agents have a simple and discreet method to send an alert message to priority contacts.

Forget your Supra eKEY PIN? No problem! Now you can easily reset your PIN on your own, with the new “Forgot PIN” feature in the eKEY app. Follow these steps to get started:

•    Install the latest version of the eKEY app from your app store.
•    Enable phone lock authentication (Biometric/Face ID/PIN/Password) on your device.
•    Ensure you have an email or mobile number registered with the Supra system. Keyholders outside of the U.S. or Canada may only use their email to reset their PIN.
