The purpose of this Education program is to assist you in competently preparing a purchase and sale contract for residential real estate. When we are finished with this workshop, you will have a completed contract along with every rider. The ultimate purpose of a well prepared contract is to ensure that all parties understand the obligations of themselves and the parties to the contract. There should be no misunderstandings, nor what happens if. Instead, the Buyer, the Seller, The Brokers and all the service providers must know their specific roles and the time frames within which to accomplish their specific tasks.
