This class will introduce you to public record searches in Realist including Tax, MLS, and Foreclosure searches. We will also cover adding fields to searches, saving searches, and introduce how to create mailing labels.

CIPS - Day 1 - 6/23/26 Local Markets 7CE Classroom

 Day 1 - The Global Real Estate: Local Markets CIPS course is a one-day course and is one of the two core courses required for both U.S. and non-U.S. real estate professionals to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This course introduces real estate professionals to the basic skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate international real estate transactions.
Course Outline: Monitor trends and indicators of the global economy, flow of capital, and the impact on local real estate markets.

CIPS Full 5 Days - 6/23, 6/24, 6/25, 6/30, 7/01

June 23 - July 1, 2026 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

The Certified International Property Specialist Designation (CIPS) course curriculum offers you hands-on experience with international real estate transactions, as well as five full days of study focusing on the critical aspects of transnational transactions, including:  currency and exchange rate issues; cross-cultural relationships; regional market conditions; investment performance; tax issues; and more!

This is a bundle package and you are required to attend all classes. If one of the classes is missed a $100 No-Show will be charged.

Day 2 - The Global Real Estate: Transaction Tools CIPS course is a one-day course and is one of the two core courses required for U.S. real estate professionals to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. This course introduces real estate professionals to the tools needed to present investment information to international clients. Course Outline: Research foreign and hometown markets and compile dossiers of market information. Convert measurements between the metric system and U.S. system of measurements. Alert clients and customers to currency, fund transfer, and financing issues, and guide them to seek expert advice.

CIPS Day 3 - 6/25/2026 Asia Pacific and International 7CE Classroom

June 25, 2026 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Day 3 only: The Asia/Pacific and International Real Estate CIPS course is a one-day course that counts as one of three elective courses required to earn the Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation. By taking this course, real estate professionals are introduced to the basic skills and knowledge necessary to facilitate international transactions with Asian clients. This course is designed to benefit both experienced real estate professionals as well as those just getting started. Course Outline: Discuss the social, economic, political and geographical characteristics of major countries in the Asian/Pacific region. Identify important characteristics of the real estate market in certain Asia/Pacific markets, including influential laws and real estate and brokerage practices. Evaluate opportunities in certain Asian markets by analyzing significant investment patterns, investor profiles and real estate activity. Discuss techniques to promote properties, markets and professional services.
