Membership benefits will be granted once your dues and fees have been paid.

Initial New Member Dues/Fees include an application fee, education fee, as well as pro-rated local, National dues, national image assessment fee (NAR), State dues, processing, and advocacy fees (Florida REALTORS®). Prices are subject to change.
